1. My mentor is Joseph Rosales and he works at the city of Montclair.

2. Did you go to school for this job?
    What sort of training did you have to do?
    How was it like on the first day of your job?
    Was it difficult to learn the new things?
    How long did it take you to fully get the hang of everything?

Blog 5- Mentorship Reflection

1. I have always found some interest in what my dad does for his work and I am always helping out and volunteering, so I just decided to do my project on what he does for his job. He is NPDES (National Pollution Discharge Elimination System) coordinator of Montclair. So I just asked him to be my mentor and he said yes, and he is still currently my mentor.

2. All the articles I read are really important but the one i found most informational and useful was Wikipedia. I know Wikipedia isn't the greatest source to get information from but I find it very useful because it has a little bit of everything that has to do with my topic so if I forget something then I can go to Wikipedia and it will tell me what I need to know.  

Progress on Senior Project

So far what I have been doing is helping my mentor with a small event that happened at his work and I explained what stormwater is and how it all works. I will be attending one of his meetings soon and I have been reading a book that he brought from his book called "Project Wet."
